About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Airline Alliances and Partnerships team. As a key member of our Airline Solutions organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key airline partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Define and execute partnership strategies that align with Amadeus' business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement partnership-related policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial or partnership roles, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
