About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Enablement Lead to join our EMEA Field Enablement Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving sales effectiveness and revenue growth across France and Europe South.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to support the France and Europe South sales teams.
  2. Collaborate with sales leaders and teams to understand their needs and develop tailored enablement programs.
  3. Design and deliver training and enablement content to equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  4. Measure and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted enablement initiatives.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication.
