Commercial Partnership Development Manager

As a Commercial Partnership Development Manager at Ingka Centres, you will be responsible for developing the Meeting Place and its profitability by working on the offer and revenue strategy with the Sales & Rental team. You will support the Sales & Leasing team in creating the components of the Meeting place offer, including Pop-up Stores, Leisure and F&B, and seek additional revenue based on various marketing opportunities.
Key Skills:
You will need to ensure that the offer represents a varied customer journey, touching the emotional and experiential string, for the widest possible audience. In partnership, you will develop the Meeting place long-term leasing strategy, implement and monitor it. You will provide the necessary information to ensure that the supply & revenue strategy is aligned with business priorities and customer needs. You will closely monitor the business and operational performance of our partners, taking into account their business model, and provide them with the feedback they need to optimize their results.
Requirements:
You will need to promote the participation of our partners in the Meeting Place activities throughout the year. You will ensure the commercial integration/presence of IKEA in the Meeting place, including seasonal offer, limited collections, IKEA Food, etc. You will manage the day-to-day relationship with the tenants. In cooperation with the leasing and real estate function, you will assist partners with relocation and reclustering within the Meeting Place. You will collaborate in the development of business opportunities with leasing partners, but also with specialty leasing/media sales brands in the context of rebranding and thematic promotion by major marketing agencies, and cultivate the uniqueness of the Meeting place to attract customers.
