Big Data Lead Developer Opportunity at Accor Digital Factory

We are looking for a highly skilled Big Data Lead Developer to join our team at the Accor Digital Factory. As a key member of our Data Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of big data projects, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and AWS. You will work closely with our Product Owners to define project requirements and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Your expertise will help us develop innovative data-driven products and services that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of big data projects, including data integration, processing, and visualization.
- Work closely with Product Owners to define project requirements and develop project plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in big data development, with a focus on Hadoop and Spark.
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud architecture and services.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
