Key Responsibilities

The Commercial Systems Manager ENA will be responsible for managing all commercial systems standards, processes, and implementation. This role will act as a one-stop shop for all activities related to commercial systems, liaising with internal and external partners and guiding RM community & hotel users on system usage and setup.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Standards and Processes Define and maintain system standards, develop use guidance materials, and ensure hotels adhere to set standards and processes.
  • Interaction with Key Stakeholders Support relationships with key stakeholders, including hotels, regions, IT, and corporate, to ensure system requirements are met.
  • Project Management & Implementation Execute and coordinate concurrent projects, guide CST team members, and work with RM community and hotel teams on implementation and standard setup.
  • Systems Support Provide exceptional support to RM community/hotel teams with system-related issues outside of vendor support scope.
  • Vendor Management Work with vendors to ensure implementation contracts are issued and signed on time, respecting optimal timelines and costs.

Qualifications

Hotel Management or Business School degree, +5 years of operational experience in RM or Central support, working with commercial systems like RMS, CRS, PMS, Sales & Distribution systems, Rate Shopping, Upsell Tools. Required skills include strategic problem-solving, commercial mindset, service-driven approach, ability to influence and motivate, excellent communication skills, and fluency in French and English.
