OpenClassrooms recherche un Product Manager pour rejoindre son équipe de développement de produits. Le candidat idéal sera un professionnel expérimenté dans la gestion de produits, capable de travailler en équipe et de prendre des décisions stratégiques.
Missions- Identifier et collecter les besoins des clients internes en animant des ateliers et en travaillant avec les parties prenantes du groupe.
- Former sur les produits Salesforce déployés et contribuer à leur adoption par les clients internes.
- Soutenir la gestion du backlog produit : création des tickets, planification, priorisation, revue, enrichissement et nettoyage.
- Contribuer à la conceptualisation de la solution et à la rédaction des user stories en spécifiant les règles fonctionnelles et les critères d'acceptation.
- Créer et mettre à jour la documentation technique pour les utilisateurs des différentes plates-formes et autres documents de présentation des produits/fonctionnalités.
- Identifier et qualifier les données afin qu'elles puissent être exploitées dans le cadre des solutions développées.
- Soutenir l'équipe dans les tests des fonctionnalités développées.
- Expérience dans la gestion de produits.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à prendre des décisions stratégiques.
- Connaissance des produits Salesforce.
- Compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Compétences en français et en anglais.
- Poste basé à Marseille (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur).
- Travail en hybride.
- Rythme d'alternance et présence en entreprise : du lundi au vendredi, périodes de travail de 8 heures, repos le week-end, travail en journée.
