Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Product Manager

About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT professional to manage the lifecycle of our Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions. As a VDI Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of VDI solutions to our customers, while also driving innovation and improvement in our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of VDI solutions, from conception to retirement.
- Lead multi-functional teams to deliver VDI solutions that meet business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to create new products or services that satisfy customer needs.
- Deliver IM services, including VDI/VAD solutions design, project management, and run operations.
- Ensure monitoring and service continuity on VDI/VAD products.
- Manage incident, request, and change management, as well as demand management.
- Improve awareness and usage of existing solutions, and identify opportunities for harmonization and streamlining.
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- High interest in IT and engagement during apprenticeship.
- Highly motivated to develop expertise in VDI.
- Curious and eager to develop, with an appetite for new technologies.
- Ability to propose initiatives and good understanding of business requirements.
- Partner and subcontractor management, stakeholders management, and customer expectations and needs.
- Team spirit and good relationships, as well as service-mindedness and accountability.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- French and English negotiation levels.
As a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Product Manager at Airbus Helicopters, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills and expertise, and be part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
