Job Summary

This role is based in Paris with flexible remote work options. As a People & Culture Lead France and Senior Business Partner, you will play a vital role in driving the people and culture agenda in France, together with the team based in France. You will be the most senior HR person in our French operation and will join us at a particularly exciting time, as we recently acquired the activities of Luko and welcomed all of its staff to create the winning formula to become the #1 digital insurer in France and in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 HR professionals in France, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation within the team. Develop and implement end-to-end strategies to support the business sustainably and assess the people and culture implications of the business strategy to design solutions. Develop and implement programs to enhance employee experience and engagement, satisfaction, and retention, such as performance management, career development, and recognition initiatives. Collaborate with your People and culture peers and experts across the other countries on programs and initiatives.

Requirements

At least 6 years of relevant People & Culture (HR) experience including experience in people management, preferably in a global organization, including experience with employee representative bodies and knowledge of French labor and employment law. Excellent stakeholder management. Ability to maintain and build relationships with all employees, including Senior Management. Good communication skills and fluency in French and English.
