We are EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames and sunglasses. As part of the Transitions EMEA Marketing team, the incumbent will be responsible for building strong relationships with market/cluster key stakeholders (Marketing Directors, Marketing Managers, Commercial Directors and Key Account Managers) to keep them focused on key projects to support the business development of the category in country.
Key Responsibilities:- Propose and implement 360 marketing plans and go-to-market strategies to countries & customers providing differentiated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor results of the marketing activities.
- Co-build annual brand marketing strategy with the countries and oversee local execution.
- Leverage the internet and digital technologies including social media, websites, search engines, email, and text messaging, to connect with customers, increasing Eye Care Professionals recommendation.
- Partner with Transitions Global Marketing, Global Finance, EMEA Commercial & Marketing Managers and appropriate EMEA team members, Local Marketing Managers in the region in charge.
- Education: Educational Background in Marketing and Business management including relevant BtoB or retail experience.
- Experience: ~5-8 years of experience in Marketing.
- Language: English is a must. French is a plus.
