Marketing Manager Northern, DACH and Eastern Countries

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the product portfolio of Transitions Optical and driving business development in Northern, DACH and Eastern Countries.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement 360 marketing plans and go-to-market strategies to drive business growth in the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide business analysis reports to support country strategies.
- Build strong relationships with market/cluster key stakeholders to keep them focused on key projects.
- Manage budgets, calendars, meetings, and other administrative tasks.
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a BtoB or retail environment.
- Educational background in marketing and business management.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple key projects simultaneously and operate in a complex, changing environment.
- Customer focus and knowledge of optical business is an advantage.
