Marketing Manager Northern, DACH and Eastern Countries

Join EssilorLuxottica Group, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames and sunglasses, as a Marketing Manager for Northern, DACH and Eastern Countries. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the product portfolio of Transitions Optical and driving business development in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement 360 marketing plans and go-to-market strategies to countries & customers providing differentiated marketing campaigns.
- Propose and monitor in-store visibility, point-of-sale material development and delivery management, signage, demos, selling protocols for Key Accounts and Eye Care Professionals locations.
- Co-build annual brand marketing strategy with the countries and oversee local execution.
- Oversee the Strategy, Planning, Execution & Reporting of the media plans.
- Manage local teams through influence.
- Educational Background in Marketing and Business management including relevant BtoB or retail experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in Marketing.
- Experience in influencing up and down the organization and working successfully with across cultures and functional teams.
- Strong collaborative ability and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple key projects at the same time, and operate in a complex, changing environment.
- Customer focus.
- Knowledge of optical business is an advantage.
- English is a must. French is a plus.
