**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of wine shipments to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for goods movement, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain up-to-date records of wine stocks, dry stocks, and inventories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure optimal service levels and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest customs legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Implement and maintain our internal customer care procedures, ensuring they are effective and efficient.
  • Monitor and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the logistics, sales, marketing, and technology teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the Customer Care and Delivery Manager, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or customer service, preferably in an international context.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in French a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and comfortable with IT tools.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
