Main Responsibilities
  • Create and foster solid customer relationships, assisting them in achieving their objectives with strong marketing tactics
  • Learn and develop skills in digital sales and marketing through comprehensive learning opportunities programs
  • Analyze business associate needs and present solutions to drive success in advertising campaigns
  • Suggest products and optimizations to increase business associate satisfaction and results
  • Collaborate with a supportive workgroup focused on growth, learning, and business associate success
  • Track and report business associate performance to help them reach business objectives
Benefits
  • 3,050 EUR gross per month (includes a base salary of 2,750 EUR and a 300 EUR Dutch language bonus)
  • Performance-based bonuses up to 7,500 EUR annually
  • Relocation bonus: up to 1,900 EUR for moving from outside Germany (paid with your first paycheck) or up to 700 EUR if relocating within Germany (over 100 km from Berlin)

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Proficient in English (B2 level)
  • Interest in sales; no experience required
