Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Sales Manager to drive our international expansion and partnerships with veterinary clinics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating licensing contracts, managing sales pipelines, and identifying client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and close licensing contracts worth 850Keur/year
- Manage sales pipeline through CRM system and follow up on offers
- Identify and analyze immediate and future needs of clients
- Monitor existing accounts for customer satisfaction
- Provide performance reports to Sales Director
- Attend industry conferences in Europe and abroad
- Establish new partnerships to promote our solution globally
- Collaborate with product team to address client needs
- Regular travel in Europe expected in the near future
Requirements
- Passionate about B2B sales, customer satisfaction, and experience in the veterinary field
- Empathetic, strong negotiator, and excel in complex B2B sales cycles
- Competitive spirit and fluency in English
