Job Title: Administrative Assistant

CS GROUP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our department, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Take minutes of meetings and follow up on action items, ensuring timely completion and resolution.
  • Manage email correspondence, prioritizing and responding to messages in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the Department Head, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Prepare and process expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
