CS GROUP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our department, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Take minutes of meetings and follow up on action items, ensuring timely completion and resolution.
- Manage email correspondence, prioritizing and responding to messages in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the Department Head, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Prepare and process expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
