Spare and Repair Sales Administration Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Spare and Repair Sales Administration Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and supply chain support to our customers, ensuring timely responses to their daily queries and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor end-user equipment flow, ensuring timely delivery and optimal supply chain performance.
- Provide accurate technical data to customers, ensuring highest technical support on reliability and performance products.
- Manage issues to avoid blocking business and apply escalation process if risk on product or end-user is identified.
- Manage end-users' spare and repair orders with suppliers, repair shops, technical engineers, logistics forwarders, and customs.
- Manage stock, taking appropriate action to make parts available in due time.
- Edit and monitor invoicing, outstanding payments, and quotations.
Requirements
- Higher education in logistics or international trade or equivalent.
- Fluent English (B2 level: between 785 and 944 points).
- Microsoft tool: Excel, with ability to work with different IT tools.
- First experience in the aeronautical world, MRO, customer support, and ERP SAP would be a plus.
