We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Fly Dynamics, an international company providing spare parts and flight support for airlines and MRO across the world. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the brokering team in all operational aspects of the process, including sourcing, quotation, purchasing, and sales of aircraft spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the brokering team in Aircraft Spares parts demands (sourcing, quotation, purchasing & sale)
  • Ensure that aeronautic documentations are conform
  • Raise formal sales/purchase orders through our order processing system (Quantum)
  • Gain a thorough understanding of customers' requirements
  • Assistance in customer support

Requirements:

  • Experience in a commercial/buying environment, preferably within the aerospace industry
  • QUANTUM experience a plus
  • French/English & Spanish languages is a plus
  • Ability to build strong partners relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of logistics managing
