Category Vision Manager
As a Category Vision Manager at Brown-Forman, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a category strategy for American Whiskies. This will involve working closely with purchasing and marketing decision-makers to ensure the correct implementation at the point of sales, in accordance with the field sales and area sales managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a category strategy for American Whiskies
- Work closely with purchasing and marketing decision-makers to ensure correct implementation
- Collaborate with field sales and area sales managers to optimize the Customer Marketing Plan
- Recommend strategic development directions for customers to optimize Brown-Forman's business development
- Negotiate and implement contracts with customers, ensuring follow-up and adherence to allocated resources and trade policy
- Optimize the logistics chain in accordance with CGA and CGV, ensuring correct transmission to the Supply Chain
- Communicate relevant information to other departments to ensure excellent application of commercial agreements
- Develop customer relations with purchasing, buyers, and marketing group leaders, as well as a network of external information on markets and competitors
- Contribute to the setup of international agreements and optimize French counterparts with International Purchasing Centers
Requirements:
- Master's degree in marketing and sales
- Fluent English and French
- Team management experience
- Mastering all aspects of customer relationship management
- Mastering the environment and legal formalism
