About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Category Manager - Off-Premises to join our team at Brown-Forman Tequila México. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trade Negotiation and Strategy
    • Develop and implement trade negotiation strategies to optimize Brown-Forman's volumes and profitability in the off-premises channel.
    • Collaborate with the sales director to ensure commercial coherence and alignment with the company's category strategy.
  • Category Vision and Implementation
    • Manage a category vision with purchasing and marketing decision-makers to ensure its implementation in accordance with the category strategy.
    • Work closely with area sales managers to optimize the customer marketing plan and ensure correct implementation at the point of sale.
  • Customer Relationship Development
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draw up customer business plans and recommend strategic development directions.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Optimization
    • Optimize the logistics chain in accordance with the company's guidelines and ensure the correct transmission of information to the supply chain.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in marketing and sales or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in off-premises negotiation and category management.
  • Skills
    • Fluent in English and French.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
