Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products.
- Onboard new customers and guide them through the implementation process for a smooth transition.
- Monitor customer usage and identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to address customer needs and resolve any issues.
- Keep customers updated on new features, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve our services.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Competitive Salary (€30,000 to €35,000)
