**Votre rôle**
En tant que Représentant Front Desk, vous serez responsable de l'accueil des clients, du check-in et du check-out, de l'établissement de la facturation et de l'encaissement. Vous devrez également proposer une expérience personnalisée aux clients et accompagner les clients dans leur chambre pour leur expliquer le fonctionnement de l'hôtel et des installations.
**Compétences requises**
* Un diplôme en Gestion Hôtelière ou un diplôme équivalent
* Une expérience au minimum de 2 ans au service Réception
* Sens de l'accueil et de la vente
* Capacité à prendre des initiatives
* Sens de l'adaptation et flexibilité
* Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
**Tâches**
* Accueillir les clients et assurer le check-in et check-out
* Proposer une expérience personnalisée aux clients
* Accompagner les clients dans leur chambre
* Promouvoir les points de vente de l'hôtel
* Attribuer les chambres en fonction des souhaits du client
* S'assurer de la promotion du programme de fidélisation ALL
* Faire le suivi des demandes client
* Participation aux séances d'information et de formation du service
* Gestion des fonds de caisse et passages de caisse
* Gestion et suivi des plaintes
**Qualifications**
* Un diplôme en Gestion Hôtelière ou un diplôme équivalent
