Job Summary:
The Domain Lead SAP Sales is a key role within the Celine organization, responsible for aligning business processes with strategic program objectives and implementing them effectively. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the fashion retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define technical and functional requirements for the implementation of the Sales domain within the SAP program in an international context.
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP Sales Distribution, Sales Integration, and CAR (POSDTA, OAA) solutions.
- Ensure the successful implementation of Sales processes, including Retail, Omnichannel, and Wholesale, throughout the SAP integration project, as well as the global stock process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and processes related to the Sales domain.
- Supervise the integration of data between systems.
- Contribute to and maintain project documentation (Confluence and Jira).
- Collaborate, contribute, and supervise the integration of data from the Sales domain between systems.
- Collaborate, contribute, and supervise the implementation of the testing strategy.
- Understand and participate in the development of reporting and dashboards (SAP, Power BI).
- Ensure data quality, master data, and transactional data stored in SAP (migration of data from existing systems to SAP).
- Participate in the implementation of training for end-users on new SAP features.
- Coordinate all stakeholders involved in the Sales Integration Stream of the program (functional consultants, functional experts, integration teams).
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
- Strong technical and functional expertise on modules within their scope.
- Good e-commerce and omnichannel sales skills.
- Leadership skills.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a SAP Sales Domain Lead, module SD, CAR (module POSDTA, OAA) would be an asset.
- Experience in managing external teams.
- Solid experience in project management and Run.
- Knowledge of business processes, ideally in fashion retail/luxury environments.
