What will your role be?
Research & Development
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Research, ideate, and prototype opportunities that advance our competitive offering.
- Innovate and propose cost-effective technical solutions to address business challenges such as improvement of development, processes, and governance standards.
Architecture & Engineering
- Set the vision and build upon an engineering culture.
- Create technical and solution design architectures that form next-generation products and platforms.
- Work with local, nearshore, and offshore teams, including managing round-the-clock development.
- Design software that scales against team and client requirements.
Governance & Quality
- Manage the existing development and QA teams, both internal and external, through all required governance processes.
- Form highly effective development teams delivering within a distributed agile framework.
- Lead code and technical design reviews to help teams deliver the best work they can.
- Create accountability within teams that production procedure, security compliance, documentation, and control are followed and continuously enhanced.
The Challenges ahead
Client Engagement
- You will gain the client's trust, from marketing managers to CTOs, and inspire them about what the future brings.
- Energize and motivate business stakeholders, management, teams, and customers to identify needs and guide the delivery of cost-effective, high-performance information technology infrastructures and applications.
- Create understanding with client stakeholders around complex technical discussions and enterprise solution features, benefits, etc.
Business Development
- Participate in new business development opportunities by contributing smart solutions wrapped in creativity and innovation.
- Drive awareness of the company in the tech community and be recognized as an industry leader.
Qualifications
- Real leadership already demonstrated.
- A&D related industry experience.
- C-Level communications.
- Strong experience on customer relationship.
- Organization skills to be able to drive/coordinate a group of people and group of related projects and program activities.
- Good level of knowledge on industry processes and our 3DS Solutions portfolio.
- Pre-sales activities and projects delivery experiences.
- DS ecosystem knowledge and ability to activate the DS network.
