The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing global sales strategies, leading a team of 25 people and an indirect workforce of around 300 sales representatives. Key responsibilities will include negotiating budgetary resources, cultivating strategic relationships with partners and customers, and driving initiatives to improve sales efficiency and enhance our digital offerings.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of leadership and sales experience, ideally in the technology and smart-grid sectors. Fluency in French and English is essential, with German being a plus. You will also need to have a deep understanding of the building technology market and be able to operate effectively in a multicultural environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead sales strategies aligned with the Division's objectives
- Negotiate the necessary budgetary resources
- Cultivate strategic relationships with partners, integrators and end customers
- Drive initiatives to improve sales efficiency and enhance our digital offerings through innovation and digital transformation
- Analyze market opportunities to identify new segments and customers
- Define sales plans, objectives and KPIs in collaboration with operational departments
- Select and launch new product offerings
- Supervise the team and promote a culture of innovation within the sales force
- Lobbying and Public Relations: manage relationships with professional organizations and key stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Graduate of a leading engineering or business school
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Business Unit management and/or Marketing Management positions, ideally in the technology and smart-grid sectors
- Proven leadership, skill in contractual negotiations, experience in creating robust marketing and sales structures
- International and multicultural professional experience with a deep understanding of the building technology market
- Fluent French and English are essential, German is a plus
- Strategic vision, appetite for construction and ability to operationally decline, charisma and dynamism, business and results orientation, initiative and proactivity, ability to influence and adapt, strong appetite for collaboration and internal communication, simplicity, accessibility, authenticity
