The Role

We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. You will be the face of Pandora, providing exceptional customer service and sharing your knowledge of our exquisite jewelry collection.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by utilizing effective selling techniques, focusing on upselling, product bundling, average transaction value (ATV), and productivity.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences, providing expert advice, and delivering a memorable shopping experience.
  • Become a product expert, confidently sharing your knowledge of Pandora's history, production process, company values, product composition, trends, and bestsellers.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Maintain a stylish and professional appearance, reflecting the brand image of Pandora.

Profile Sought:

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Strong sales skills with experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably with one-on-one sales experience.
  • A passion for jewelry and a genuine desire to help customers find the perfect piece.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
