We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Toulouse location.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with our atelier de fabrication team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery of products.
- Manage customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
