Key Responsibilities- International Mobility Policy: Contribute to the design, definition, and implementation of International Mobility strategy and offering, ensuring alignment with our global business objectives.
- Relationship with Entities: Build and maintain strong relationships with our entities worldwide, providing expert advice on International Mobility matters and ensuring a seamless experience for our assignees.
- Expertise Advisory: Provide high-level expertise on complex International Mobility cases, ensuring high-quality work and effective collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Talent Management: Analyze and advise on talent management initiatives, providing an International Mobility lens to support our global talent strategy.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of International Mobility professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of high-quality results.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on International Mobility and talent management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills in social security, immigration, tax, and labor law fields.
- Ability to thrive in a multinational environment, managing multiple priorities while remaining pragmatic and result-oriented.
- Fluent in English, with French or other languages a plus.
