Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Payroll and Administration Manager to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and management of our payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and providing expert advice to our management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the administration and payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Supervise and train a team of payroll administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of payroll processes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to provide expert advice on payroll-related matters, including benefits, time management, and employee relations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of employee data, including payroll, benefits, and time management information.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including employment contracts, amendments, and social declarations.
- Manage and coordinate the payment of social contributions, taxes, and other fiscal obligations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with social organizations, including mutual insurance, Urssaf, and primary health insurance fund.
- Provide training and support to payroll administrators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or Management.
- More than 10 years of experience in a similar role as Payroll and Administration Manager.
- Advanced proficiency in office tools, particularly in Excel.
- Strong knowledge of payroll management software and HR tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a large number of stakeholders in complex environments.
- Initiative-driven and rigorous, with the ability to propose continuous improvements in processes.
- Proven ability to unite and lead an HR team.
