We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Sales Performance Team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key member of our Finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide financial analysis and support to our North American sales organization. You will work closely with our Sales Management team to develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and budgets that align with our business objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Tracking spend for all marketing and sales functions, including people and project expenses
- Analyzing spend against budget and forecasts to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with our Shared Services Accounting team to ensure accuracy of results for monthly closing
- Developing financial projections and building financial models to support business decision-making
- Working with senior management to ensure sales operating results and metrics are driving future decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance; MBA preferred
- 5 years of experience in a Finance Business Partner role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and anticipate cross-functional impacts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced skills in Excel, with experience working with IT systems and SQL a plus
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, with a mastery of English language and French or Spanish knowledge a plus
