Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Sales Performance Team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key business partner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing financial support and analysis to our Sales Management team
  • Developing and maintaining financial models and metrics to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and growth
  • Analyzing spend and budget data to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business results

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a Finance Business Partner role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
