Poste de Senior Account Manager H/F

Nous recherchons un Senior Account Manager H/F pour rejoindre notre équipe commerciale à Paris. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de portefeuille clients et de la stratégie commerciale pour le secteur de la mobilité électrique.

Missions
  • Up-sell et cross-sell : développer votre portefeuille clients auprès des cibles C-Level (Directeurs Achats, Généraux, Services Généraux, DAF, DRH).
  • Assurer l'intégralité du cycle de vente jusqu'au closing (conseil, offres, négociations).
  • Fortes enjeux à dimension événementielle : événements, réseautage, salons, déjeuners, etc.
  • Assurer une veille concurrentielle et tendances du secteur ainsi qu'un monitoring des évolutions légales qui peuvent impacter le périmètre.
  • Vous êtes garant de la rentabilité de votre secteur, en accord avec la stratégie commerciale d'Edenred.
  • Rendre compte des remontées du terrain, effectuer un reporting régulier et tenir à jour le CRM.
  • Analyser les KPIs et améliorer en continu votre impact et vos résultats.
Compétences requises
  • L'esprit de conquête et la passion du client.
  • Une expérience commerciale terrain en gestion de portefeuille client B2B, avec un minimum de 6 à 8 ans d'expérience.
  • Une intelligence émotionnelle et relationnelle fine, avec la capacité à réseauter, négocier et convaincre.
