Project Manager Market Expert

At VINCI Energies en France, we are committed to making the energy transition a reality. Our mission is to support our business units in developing their offers and facilitating their interactions with the entire Omexom network on an international scale.
As a Project Manager in the Market & Development team, you will work closely with other Omexom areas of expertise, our network of BUs, and other entities of the VINCI group to support innovative projects.
- Your key responsibilities will be based on three pillars:
- Carrying out market studies to enable strategic decision-making, depending on the geographical area, sector of activity, positioning on the value chain, or external growth.
- Animating the network to allow entities to share their experiences, work together, and build skills on innovative subjects.
- Developing offers, with the Omexom brand team benefiting from a detailed vision of innovations in the energy sector and continuously supporting the companies of the group in the construction of relevant offers and the response to calls for tenders.
Beyond that:
- You will anticipate new business models and support our network of BUs in their offer development.
- You will gain a general knowledge of the market, players, and potential partners.
- You will participate in technical clusters, professional associations, trade fairs, and public talks.
- You will collaborate closely with the Technical & Innovation Team, particularly in technical and innovative aspects.
- You will help build offers, brochures, presentations, webinars, and conferences with the Communication team.
- You will promote environmental excellence with the Strategy & Environment team.
Within the team and the global Omexom network, you will be:
- The contact point on topics such as Energy Transmission.
- The brand representative at national and international conferences and seminars (lobbying actions).
- The referent of potential interns/juniors when carrying out market research.
- The facilitator for management committees (3 to 5 times a year) and international and regional clubs dedicated to each sector of activity.
- You will have a particular interest in the energy sector.
- You will be proactive.
- You will be comfortable working autonomously and developing strong working relationships with the team and various stakeholders from different levels of our organization and external partners.
- You will have a good sense of organization and the appropriate skills to act transversally.
- You will be curious and value teamwork while knowing how to remain autonomous.
- You will like working in an international context.
- You will have a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy and Environmental Engineering or business school.
- You will have 2-5 years of experience, preferably in an international context, in a similar position. Many trips in France and abroad are to be expected.
- You will have the capacity to understand quickly a complex and international organization.
- You will be open-minded, self-starting, inquisitive, agile, multi-tasking, and work independently.
- You will be an extroverted and curious person, with good organizational skills, and work autonomously, with an appetite for technical subjects.
- You will be dynamic and have a positive attitude.
- You will have good interpersonal skills, be enthusiastic, dynamic, creative, and curious.
- You will be proficient in French and English, both written and spoken. Another language (German, Spanish, or Portuguese) would be a plus.
- You will be able to work in an international network and agree to travel in and out of France.
