Key Responsibilities- Conduct market studies to enable strategic decision-making, focusing on geographical areas, sectors of activity, value chain positioning, and external growth.
- Lead and structure meetings, working groups, clubs, and other decision-making bodies to facilitate entity collaboration and skill-building on innovative subjects.
- Develop offers by leveraging a detailed vision of innovations in the energy sector and supporting companies in constructing relevant offers and responding to calls for tenders.
- Anticipate new business models and support the network of BUs in offer development.
- Gain a general understanding of the market, players, and potential partners.
- Participate in technical clusters, professional associations, trade fairs, and public talks.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical & Innovation Team on technical and innovative aspects.
- Contribute to building offers, brochures, presentations, webinars, and conferences with the Communication team.
- Promote environmental excellence with the Strategy & Environment team.
- Act as the contact point for energy transmission topics.
- Represent the brand at national and international conferences and seminars, engaging in lobbying actions.
- Be the referent for potential interns/juniors during market research.
- Facilitate management committees and international and regional clubs dedicated to each sector of activity.
We are looking for a proactive and autonomous individual with a good sense of organization, able to work transversally and develop strong working relationships with the team and various stakeholders from different levels of our organization and external partners.
The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy and Environmental Engineering, or a business school degree, with 2-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international context. Fluency in French and English is required, with another language (German, Spanish, or Portuguese) being a plus. Ability to work in an international network and agree to travel in and out of France is essential.
Our brand team is composed of 30 talents with diverse backgrounds and education, supporting a worldwide network of business units in their local business and strategies, as well as organic and external growth.
The Market & Development team has three main missions: network activation, market and trend analysis, and business development.
