Vous rejoignez notre équipe de MBDA en tant que Category Manager Voyage, où vous serez chargé de développer et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'achats pour les catégories de voyages professionnels. Votre mission consiste à établir des partenariats avec des fournisseurs de qualité pour répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.
Missions- Définir et proposer la meilleure stratégie pour développer votre portefeuille et en assurer le plan d'exécution opérationnel.
- Manager fonctionnellement les acheteurs Français, Anglais et Italiens qui interviennent sur les catégories concernées.
- Piloter les appels d'offres majeurs et mener les négociations commerciales et contractuelles associées.
- Superviser la bonne exécution des contrats et mettre en œuvre un pilotage efficace afin d'améliorer la performance globale des fournisseurs.
- Piloter les risques et les plans d'actions en conduisant des actions d'amélioration continues.
- Développer et entretenir les relations avec les prescripteurs internes et les responsables des entités ou des directions nationales et internationales.
- Renouveler et optimiser le panel de fournisseurs en prospectant de nouveaux acteurs.
- Formation supérieure Bac +5 de type Ecole de commerce avec une spécialisation Achats.
- Expérience significative de 8 ans minimum en achat hors production.
- Bonne maitrise des catégories d'achats en voyages professionnels.
- Parfaite connaissance de l'aérien.
- Compétences en rédaction d'appel d'offres et gestion de contrats commerciaux.
- Force de proposition, capacité d'influence et fédération d'équipes multifonctionnelles et internationales.
