Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Trainer who will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training initiatives within the logistics sector. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in logistics and demonstrate a commitment to fostering learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute training programs utilizing effective teaching methodologies.
- Enhance and optimize the logistics training platform.
- Develop customized training solutions tailored to the specific requirements of clients.
- Track and assess the progress of trainees within their respective organizations.
- Contribute to the organization and evaluation of assessments.
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the logistics field, ideally holding a Bac+2 qualification in Logistics. Expertise in key logistics areas such as inventory management, planning, and transportation is essential. Possession of CACES certifications is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles are crucial.
