Objective:

  • Oversee the contractual engagements and execute the commercial strategy for designated client accounts.
  • Enhance revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and exploring new subsidiaries and international opportunities for Key Accounts.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to HR leaders, assisting them in formulating their training initiatives and funding strategies.
  • Foster relationships with assigned client accounts through a robust field presence and structured decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a Key Accounts Sales position within the SAAS (HR Technology) sector.
  • Self-sufficient and results-oriented with a focus on profitability.
  • Proactive sales approach with a hunter mentality.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Adaptable and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in startup or scale-up environments and technology sectors.
  • Background in targeting HR professionals.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of 45K to 50K, with additional variable compensation (20-30K) and benefits.
