About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Project Manager in Building Technology and Energy Performance. As a key member of our innovation and development team, you will be responsible for developing our activity in building management and energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Building Technology and Energy Audits on existing buildings, including analysis of building systems and identification of areas for improvement.
  • Pilot the Deployment of Building Technology and Energy Monitoring Solutions on buildings or portfolios of buildings, working closely with clients to ensure successful implementation.
  • Lead Energy Commissioning and Retro-Commissioning Projects for new and existing buildings, including the development of test protocols and the execution of tests and measurements.
  • Contribute to Business Development of our energy efficiency services at the national level.
  • Develop and Share Expertise on these topics within Socotec, working closely with our operational deployment teams.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of €50,000 to €60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus.
  • A company vehicle.
Requirements
  • A degree in engineering, automation, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in building automation and energy management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with energy efficiency and building management systems, including audits and commissioning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
