Become a Key Player as a Building Energy Management Engineer

The Education, Maintenance, and Construction Department is dedicated to ensuring that all facilities providing cultural, sports, social, and administrative services, along with the 98 colleges in the Altoséquanais, are constructed, renovated, maintained, and operated with a strong emphasis on environmental quality, safety, and innovation.

In this vibrant team, you will have a pivotal role in executing energy management strategies and pioneering projects aimed at improving the educational and social atmosphere.

  • Oversee technical installations within departmental facilities and colleges
  • Manage technical projects related to HVAC systems
  • Ensure optimal performance of installations and user comfort while managing expenses
  • Prioritize safety and security protocols
  • Contribute to shaping the Department's energy policy and cost efficiency initiatives
  • Provide expert guidance on energy-related issues and system operations
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks and team collaboration
  • Drive the development of technical and energy-efficient solutions to minimize energy expenses
  • Participate in building assessments and equipment evaluations
  • Enhance maintenance procedures and protocols in educational institutions

Qualifications:

  • Experience in thermal systems, HVAC, and renewable energy technologies
  • Knowledge of building engineering, thermal regulations, and certifications
  • Familiarity with construction laws, labor regulations, and public procurement processes
  • Proficiency in software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, GTP)
  • Project management expertise and team leadership skills
