About the Role

We are looking for a passionate professional with expertise in the Manufacturing and Energy sectors and their major transformations, particularly in the digital levers (IoT, Data, Artificial Intelligence…). You will intervene in various projects with our clients, covering their entire value chain:

  • Industrial Excellence: Improve operational performance (Industry and reposition production as a key driver in company management, optimize asset management and maintenance, support the implementation of industrial strategy plans)
  • Customer Experience: Transform B2C & B2B customer offers and experience for our clients: optimize customer journeys, digitalize customer experience, develop new services, sales performance…
  • Design / Engineering: Improve product and service development and lifecycle management through process efficiency and digitalization
  • Finance and Performance: Improve performance analysis and forecasting, strengthen risk control, adopt more global operational models
  • Innovation / R&D: Support strategy, organization, and transformation of research and innovation fields. Contribute to innovation financing through public funding levers

Within the Manufacturing, Energy, & Utilities practice, you will be responsible for:

  • Contributing your expertise to organize and lead project implementation steps: strategy and planning, governance organization, business model, business plan, product management, project management, change management…
  • Providing your knowledge and expertise to contribute to the development of convictions within one of the MNU offers and enable the firm to develop its brand image and knowledge management
  • Fostering the skills development of young professionals by transmitting your expertise and guiding them on their client missions
  • Acting as a commercial development actor for the firm: opportunity detection, participation in pre-sales meetings (pitch, qualification, presentations), contribution to commercial proposals
  • You will also be involved in other internal initiatives contributing to the development of your practice: role of Career Development Manager (proximity manager), contribution to recruitment, practice performance management, training animation, participation in school relations

Requirements

You are a graduate of a prestigious engineering school, management school, or university, with a successful experience of over 3 years in a consulting firm, a large group, or industry, during which you have developed:

  • A curious and analytical mind, with a critical and intellectual approach, allowing you to quickly understand client specifics and produce high-quality deliverables
  • One or several expertise in the functional and IT areas addressed by the Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities practice
  • A high level of autonomy in project realization (planning, workload management, risk control…), in a multi-task context
  • A strong Team Player spirit, with strong leadership and ability to federate multidisciplinary teams
  • A taste for entrepreneurship and innovation
  • Contributions to commercial activities and intellectual capital of your firm
