As a Channel Account Manager - France, you will be responsible for managing and developing assigned accounts within your region to achieve set targets. This role requires a customer-first approach, excellent planning, prioritizing, and organization skills, as well as the ability to travel extensively within the region (60%).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop all assigned accounts within your region to achieve set targets.
  • Field-based position with 60% of your time spent traveling and engaging with customers.
  • Develop and execute the Business Strategy for System Integrators across France.
  • Identify new sales opportunities to increase market share.
  • Introduce the latest products and solutions.
  • Devising and implementing account plans to accommodate strategic goals.
  • Deliver the required support & training to all system integrators across France.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to determine the customers' needs.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and association meetings as required.
  • Collaborate across business areas to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain customer details, activities, and opportunities using the Salesforce CRM Tool.
  • Analyze your account sales figures on a regular basis to understand buying patterns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all HID Products and competitive products & solutions.
  • Prepare and submit accurate forecasts on a regular basis using the tools provided.
  • Create a Partner Community in order to maximize brand loyalty and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Customer-first approach with a clear can-do attitude.
  • Excellent planning, prioritizing, and organization skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
  • Show good initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region - 60%.
  • Work calmly under pressure.
  • Native French, ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
