Community Engagement Facilitator

The ADMR Federation of Calvados, a prominent organization in the field of home assistance, is collaborating with various stakeholders, including the Departmental Council and CARSAT, to establish the MONALISA Departmental Cooperation in Calvados. This initiative is dedicated to addressing the critical issue of social isolation among the elderly by enhancing existing local efforts and fostering new actions aimed at combating isolation, particularly through volunteer involvement.
Role Overview:
Temporary Position
Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage local collaborators to participate in the MONALISA initiative against social isolation
- Promote citizen engagement teams and support analogous projects
- Recruit and assist volunteers in their endeavors
- Facilitate the formation of new citizen teams and provide necessary guidance
- Enhance communication and share best practices among all involved parties
- Raise awareness of the initiative among the public, institutions, and partners
- Support partner initiatives, particularly those led by CLIC, by connecting them with the target demographic
- Organize MONALISA Cooperation activities and meetings
- Coordinate and fund foundational training for new volunteers
- Degree in Territorial Project Development or equivalent
- Experience working with elderly populations
- Familiarity with stakeholders in the Calvados region
- Skills in project management and networking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and work collaboratively with volunteers and officials
- Proactive and responsible approach
- Qualities: Dynamic, attentive, and educational
- Valid driver's license
- Part-time contract for 18 months
- Status: Intermediate Manager, Grade 2, CCB BAD

- Salary in accordance with BAD branch collective agreement category
