We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our New Business Sales team at Revolut Business.

About the Role

As an elite salesperson, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and engagement across the globe. You will own your market segments with a solution-oriented approach, using your knowledge to grow our customer base at lightning speed.

You'll be working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience for our customers, from onboarding to daily usage. We're looking for someone who is autonomous, able to effectively balance their time, activate internal resources, and engage their team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Outreach prospects across multiple touch points and channels, with an emphasis on cold-calling
  • Develop and execute a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals, diversifying your prospect base, and maintaining consistent activity levels
  • Build and manage your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management, maximising adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • 1 year of demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting
  • Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
  • Impeccable literacy skills (email, LinkedIn outreach)
  • A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture
  • Proven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer

Competitive salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience
