Job Title: International Key Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced International Key Account Manager to manage our most significant international accounts, ensuring Flexis delivers innovative solutions tailored to meet customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture long-term partnerships with key clients, including 3PLs and Retailers, by understanding their complex needs and offering comprehensive logistics solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations, from initial discussions to closing deals, ensuring both Flexis' and the customer's goals are met.
  • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of Flexis solutions within key accounts, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor Key Account Managers across specific regions, ensuring they develop strong customer relationships and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in sales and key account management in a B2B environment, ideally within the logistics, electric vehicles, or sustainability sectors.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, with a deep understanding of project-sales approach and the ability to align customer challenges with tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in English.
