As a member of the Customer Success team, you will play a crucial role in training, customizing the platform, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their journey with Agicap.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Tech teams, your primary objective will be to provide clients with the essential information for cash flow management on our platform in an efficient manner.
You will be tasked with:
Data Integration for Clients:
As the technical specialist for new clients, you will assist them in defining the data to be integrated into our tool and the optimal methods for achieving this. Your expertise is vital for ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Supporting Client Implementation:
- Assessing the technical and financial requirements of B2B clients across various sectors.
- Proficiently utilizing programming languages to automate internal processes (Python, VBA).
- Demonstrating Excel proficiency to address client challenges (Excel matrices).
- Offering tailored solutions to clients and other Customer Success teams, taking into account technical limitations.
- Engaging with stakeholders (both internal and external) to facilitate the swift implementation of Agicap.
- Developing innovative tools to streamline client onboarding for all Customer Success services, utilizing cloud technologies with Python.
Contributing to Team Development and Process Optimization:
- You will aid in the automation and industrialization of processes within our Customer Success teams, initially in France and eventually on a global scale.
- You will have the chance to work on a sophisticated technical platform that supports the entire Customer Success department at Agicap.
- You will create essential documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer within the team.
- Acting as a true advocate for clients internally, you will communicate their needs to product teams to help prioritize new features.
