Nous recherchons un(e) Customer Success dynamique pour intégrer notre équipe Sales et participer activement au lancement de notre produit phare : la Marketplace. Cette solution digitale novatrice est conçue pour révolutionner le secteur de la construction en facilitant la recherche de sous-traitants conformes aux exigences réglementaires.

Responsabilités :

Interagir avec les utilisateurs clients, comprendre et répondre à leurs besoins spécifiques.
Gérer la publication des expressions d'intérêts.
Réaliser des démonstrations de la Marketplace.
Former les clients à l'utilisation efficace du produit.
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la plateforme en collectant les retours clients, définir les priorités d'amélioration et renforcer le storytelling du produit.

Profil Recherché :

Expérience dans le Saas avec un vif intérêt pour l'innovation.
Excellente capacité relationnelle client et agilité à intégrer une équipe en plein développement.
Au moins 2 ans d'expérience (alternance incluse) dans l'adoption de nouveaux outils (expérience en CSM, relation client ou secteur commercial).
Maîtrise avancée du Pack Office, en particulier PowerPoint et Excel.
Réactivité et adaptabilité dans un contexte de forte croissance.
Maîtrise de l'anglais (niveau B2).
