Job Opportunity

Apprentice HRBP & Social Relations

Faurecia, a leading technology company in the automotive industry, is seeking an Apprentice HRBP & Social Relations to join its R&D Center in Bavans.

The successful candidate will work in the HR department, collaborating with a team of 15 people, and will have the opportunity to discover two aspects of Human Resources: social relations and the position of HRBP.

This experience will be a valuable springboard within the Group and could be followed by a VIE in Europe, America, Africa, or Asia, where Faurecia sends talented young people to gain international experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a coordinator in preparing the mandatory monthly meetings of the CSE and CSSCT: HR site KPIs, preparing questions from trade union organizations, etc.
  • Monitoring cross-functional HR projects
  • Providing support to the HRBP for the entire site (Faurecia Hydrogen Solution and Faurecia Exhaust Systems: Europe & Global Engineering division)
  • Recruitment: recruitment of apprentices and trainees for the site: definition of needs with managers - drafting and job posting, sourcing if necessary, interviews and candidates selection.
  • Integration: Manage the preparation for the arrival and integration of new talents: administrative management of employee file before the arrival.
  • Immigration: Management of the immigration process for impatriate employees: being in charge of the employee's immigration file in collaboration with immigration services.
  • Administration: Ensure the administrative management of files with HRBP and keep databases updated in accordance with Forvia standards and tools (PASS).
  • Events: Participating in events and projects in parallel with the main tasks: schools forum, sponsoring, etc.

Requirements

  • Master level (Human Resources or Legal studies)
  • Fluent professional English: Ability to interact professionally with ease
  • International mindset: Ability to adapt in multicultural environments
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment
  • First work experience in an HR department would be an advantage
  • Ability to analyze and make proposal
