Job Title: Apprentice HRBP & Social Relations Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an Apprentice HRBP & Social Relations Professional to join our team at Faurecia's R&D Center in Bavans. As a key member of our HR department, you will work closely with our team to develop innovative solutions for sustainable and clean mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a coordinator in preparing the mandatory monthly meetings of the CSE and CSSCT
  • Monitor cross-functional HR projects
  • Provide support to the HRBP for the entire site
  • Recruitment: recruitment of apprentices and trainees for the site
  • Integration: Manage the preparation for the arrival and integration of new talents
  • Immigration: Management of the immigration process for impatriate employees
  • Administration: Ensure the administrative management of files with HRBP
  • Events: Participating in events and projects in parallel with the main tasks

Requirements:

  • Master level (Human Resources or Legal studies)
  • Fluent professional English: Ability to interact professionally with ease
  • International mindset: Ability to adapt in multicultural environments
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment
  • First work experience in an HR department would be an advantage
  • Ability to analyze and make proposal
