About the Role
Faurecia, a leading technology company in the automotive industry, is seeking an ambitious HR Controlling Apprentice to join its R&D Center in Bavans.
As an HR Controlling Apprentice, you will be part of the HR team in the Europe division and report directly to the Division HR Controller & C&B Manager. You will work closely with the central HR team, HRBP network, and HR Controlling network to support the development of HR strategies and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Discover and deepen knowledge of headcounts and labor costs controlling, an expertise at the border of Human Resources and Finance.
- Prepare and consolidate the monthly closing, controlling payroll data, labor costs, and headcount.
- Ensure consistency between payroll costs, workforce planning, and activity evolution.
- Support the budget development for the following year and collaborate with various sites and stakeholders.
- Consolidate and analyze the annual social report.
- Participate in various analysis work and presentations as needed.
Requirements
- Master degree level education in Human Resources or Financial Controlling.
- Alternating contract duration of 1 to 2 years.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A first experience in HR administrative management, conducting HR analysis/studies, or financial controlling would be appreciated.
- Rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, and ability to communicate in an international environment.
