About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales team and drive growth. As a Sales Team Lead, you'll be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving growth, and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets.

The ideal candidate will help our clients on the path to omnichannel personalization and digital growth. You'll develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to identify, approach, and close key customers.

Previous experience in the travel, eCommerce, and retail industries is a plus. You'll need a minimum of 8 years of proven experience in enterprise sales in a SAAS, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce company, as well as 5 years of management experience leading a team of sales and business development.

Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking (English and French) are essential. You'll also need an extensive portfolio of Digital, SEO, and SEM agencies, and a passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up effectiveness.
