Job Title: Senior Sales Professional

Job Summary:

This senior sales role is responsible for assessing business opportunities in Switzerland and collaborating with senior sales teams covering Germany, Austria, and Italy to expand our market share and establish strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with EU Regional Sales Leaders, business lines, and sales specialists to deliver outstanding client experiences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and onboard prospect clients across asset classes for the French and German regions of Switzerland.
  • Develop go-to-market plans for net new (target) members and clients and support the execution of existing client account plans.
  • Maintain internal and external relationships with key decision makers or potential influencers, including senior-level executives.
  • Partner with Sales Specialists and Product teams to influence and drive product improvement, innovation, and new capabilities to ensure competitiveness and business wins.
  • Introduce senior LCH/LSEG representatives to strategically important accounts at the right time.
  • Monitor and maintain sales activity in Salesforce and provide timely updates to Sales Management and EU regional leaders on sales activity and go-to-market plans.
  • Provide internal training materials and present at knowledge-sharing forums.
Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of trading markets, OTC trading products, and the role of clearing, ideally from working in a bank (Sales/Trading/Structuring) or in the finance industry.
  • Experience in institutional sales and/or complex product sales that require business case development.
  • Fluency in English and French, and proficiency in German.
  • A self-directed sales professional who knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency and focus.
